Hasbro Gaming: Puzl It Aqua Adventure
This was the first original Hasbro game I got to work on within my first year on the team. I got to see this from the beginning as an inventor concept, and help bring it to shelf. It was a great opportunity to flex my art direction skills, as the image for the puzzle can really affect how easy or difficult the game is. It’s a good middle ground between cozy & competitive tabletop gaming! This is actually the second version of the game, the first version’s illustration took place at an arcade. We did some brainstorming as a team and I put together some mood boards to determine what the next theme would be.

Original moodboard using found images for inspiration. We went forward with this theme.
Moodboard for other theme option
Moodboard for other theme option- this was a personal favorite of mine, but we felt as a team that the ocean theme would be more popular with our audience and that this may look too young.
